Employee State Insurance (ESI) Registration

The Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is an autonomous organization established by law under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Funded by employers (3.25% of salary), employees (0.75%), and state governments (one-eighth of medical expenses, capped at ₹1,500 per insured person annually).

ESIC Online Registration Process

Visit the ESIC Portal

Click on "Employer Login" and select "Sign Up" for new registration.

Create an Employer Account

Provide details such as employer name, email ID, mobile number, and business details.

Fill Employer Registration Form (Form-1)

Upload Required Documents

Employee list with salary details Company PAN Card Establishment address proof Organization’s bank details

Payment of Contribution

Calculate, verify, and securely pay the first ESIC contribution online.

Generate Registration Certificate (C-11)

Upon successful submission, the system generates a C-11 Registration Certificate, serving as proof of ESIC registration.
